Bermuda triangle is one of the unexplained places on Earth. It is an area of the western North Atlantic, where Ships and airplanes gets disappeared without any evidences.
But now it seems years of mystery have been solved, the scientists from the Arctic University of Norway have discovered a series of huge craters in the sea bed of the Barents Sea off the coast of Norway.
“Multiple giant craters exist on the sea floor in an area in the west-central Barents Sea and are probably a cause of enormous blowouts of gas,” The scientists said to a newspaper. “The crater area is likely to represent one of the largest hotspots for shallow marine methane release in the Arctic.”
The craters, measured up to 800 meters wide and 45m deep. And it is believed that underwater gas explosion in these craters are the major reason for the sudden disappearance of airplanes and ships in the Bermuda Triangle.
