Microblogging site Twitter Inc. announced the introduction of four new Indian languages Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi and Tamil on its platform
Twitter also said it has updated its Android app to support the new languages. It has also confirmed the company will not include more languages in their platform.
India is likely to have the second highest Twitter user base in the Asia-Pacific, with over 22.2 million this year, a 30 pc surge over 2014. According a report, the user base may increase to 40 million by 2018 in India
