Try the Tempting White Sauce Pasta!


Tired of eating the ever famous Red Sauce Pasta? Try White Sauce Pasta! Its creamy cheese texture is a one stop solution to all your pasta cravings and is guaranteed way to delight your taste buds.

Servings 2:
Ingredients for pasta:
– 1 bowl pasta
– Cooking oil
– Salt to taste
– 2 Glasses of water
Ingredients for Veggies:
– 3 Teaspoon cooking oil
– ½ Cup Green capsicum
– ½ Cup Red Capsicum
– ½ Cup carrots
– ¼ Cup jalapeno
– ½ Cup mushrooms
– ¼ Cup olives
– 1 teaspoon garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon ginger paste
Ingredients for White Sauce:
– 2 Teaspoon butter
– 2 tablespoon Cup maida ( all purpose flour)
– 1 Glass milk (250ml)
– 1 Bowl grated cheese
– Salt to taste
– ¼ Teaspoon oregano
– ¼ Teaspoon red chili flakes
– Pinch of black pepper
– Boil pasta on low flame in 2 glasses of water, add a pinch of salt and ½ teaspoon of cooking oil
– Let it boil for 10-12mins, then turn the flame off.
– Check whether the pasta has been properly boiled or not
– Transfer the cooked pasta in a large container and let the excess water drain
– While the pasta is cooking, heat 3 teaspoon cooking oil in a pan, on medium heat
– Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and ginger paste to the pan and let it cook for 1 min
– Now add all the chopped vegetables and stir them fry
– Add salt to taste and let it cook for 2mins, until crunchy.
– Turn the flame off and transfer them to a plate
– Now, heat 2 teaspoon of butter in the pan
– Once it gets hot, add 2 tablespoon maida ( all purpose flour)
– Stir continuously, Cook till it gets sautéed
– Now add 1 glass of milk stirring the sauce continuously
– Add the cup of grated cheese and stir rapidly to avoid any lumps.
– Keep the flame low and salt to taste, oregano, red chili flakes and black pepper
– Mix it well
– Cook until the mixture starts to thicken
– Now, add the sautéed vegetables and pasta
– Turn off the flame and mix well
– Transfer the pasta into the serving plate
